Amenity Services LLC is a well-established property maintenance company seeking an exterior janitor/porter driver. This is a morning or overnight position with Full-time, 5 days or weekends. Hours usually range from 8 am to 12pm, 10am to 5pm, or 6 pm to 11 pm,
Job Description Change out trash liners and hand-pick litter to remove from parking lot surfaces and landscape areas.
- Use a waste removal stick to remove debris from home fronts, curb lines, and corners. Clean up and maintain dumpster areas.
- Cobwebbing and wiping of window ledges.
- Perform janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and replacing toiletries.
- Have a personal vehicle to arrive at the job site.
- Document all found on the mobile app during each shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
